APA does not address the formatting of a table of contents (TOC).  If you need to add a Table of Contents to your APA style paper, generally, you will need to retain the same font and margins that APA style requires and add any special requirements your instructor requires.  The table of contents page is part of the regular page numeration.  For each new "level" of heading, indent another equal indentation of spaces further to the right from where the last level was indented.  Use the Microsoft Help on Table of Contents to learn how to set up a Table of Contents: https://support.office.com/en-in/article/Format-a-table-of-contents-9d85eb9c-0b55-4795-8abb-a49885b3a58d
